As an RTC contractor, AMC conducted engagements to evaluate the value of underlying collateral securing a portfolio of commercial and residential loans for the receiverships of Hollywood Federal Savings in Hollywood, Florida, Flagler Federal in Miami, and the RTC Land & MIF funds.  AMC also provided brokerage services, due diligence, property inspections, property information packages, closing services, and auction personnel for government owned property through the GORE program for clients such as FDIC, US Treasury Department, US Army Corps of Engineers, Small Business Administration, US Coast Guard, IRS and other government agencies.  Some of AMC's more notable engagements included the sale of Palm-Aire Resort & Country Clubs, The Oaks Golf Courses and Kiowa Island Ocean Course (in partnership with CB Commercial and J.P. King Auction Company).
